What this is

A guided way to join BloomSuite as a vendor. You share how your business works — products, availability, delivery, and orders — and we help garden centers sell your products with confidence.

Who it's for

Growers, suppliers, and brands who want their products available to garden centers on BloomSuite. You don't need a technical team or an existing integration to start.

How onboarding works

After you apply, you'll land in a simple, step-by-step onboarding dashboard. Work through it at your pace — your progress is saved as you go, and BloomSuite reviews your details with you.

What vendors provide

  • • Company and contact details
  • • Your product list and a few catalog basics
  • • How availability is kept up to date
  • • Delivery, lead times, and order preferences

What BloomSuite reviews

Our team reviews your catalog details, availability, and fulfillment approach with you. Going live is confirmed by BloomSuite — applying doesn't switch anything on by itself.

Catalog & availability planning

Share your products however suits you — a spreadsheet, a CSV, SFTP, an API, or Microsoft Dynamics. Not sure yet? That's fine. We plan it together; nothing technical is required today.

Fulfillment & order routing

Tell us your delivery regions, lead times, minimums, and how you like to receive and confirm orders. We use this to set up a smooth order process.

Microsoft Dynamics planning

If you use Microsoft Dynamics, we'll plan the connection together as part of onboarding. This is planning only — nothing is connected, and we never ask for credentials here.

What happens after you apply

  • • Your vendor account is created.
  • • You land in your onboarding dashboard.
  • • You complete the steps; BloomSuite reviews with you.
  • • BloomSuite confirms a test order and go-live with you.

Start with what you know

You don't need your integration figured out today.
